Individual arrivals in Alba, the capital of Langhe hills and Unesco Creative City for Gastronomy.
Check-in at the hotel in the centre of Alba.
H. 19:30 Transfer for the Welcome Dinner at a local panoramic restaurant.
H. 22:30 Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
H. 09:00 Transfer for the guided visit of the Wine Museum in Barolo Castle and visit of Barolo.
H. 12:00 Transfer for lunch in a local restaurant.
H. 14:30 Guided visit of Pollenzo and of the Bank of Wine by Slow Food, with tasting.
H. 16:30 Back to the hotel and relax.
H. 18:00 Transfer for a local winery visit tin the Roero area with wine tasting.
H. 20.30 Aperitiv and dinner in the gourmet restaurant of the wine estate.
H. 22:30 Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
Morning at leisure with guides at disposal to visit Alba, UNESCO Creative City for Gastronomy and Capital of Langhe hills, with the weekly street market.

H. 17:30 Transfer to Grinzane Cavour Castle, Unesco site, to take part to the Order of Knights of the Truffle and Wines of Alba “Chapter of the Tradition”, with the Investiture of Postulants to Knights.

H. 22:30 Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
H. 09:00 Transfer to Canelli to visit the Underground Cathedrals, Unesco heritage site.
H. 12:00 Lunch in a local restaurant.

H. 17:00 Transfer for the guided visit of a prestigious historical wine estate.
H. 20:00 Gala Dinner at the estate restaurant.

The prices include: Accommodation (4 nights), breakfasts, meals, wine tastings, Chapter, local transportation, guides. Not included: transfer from / to airports.
The hosting capacity of the Congress is max 100 people.
The price is valid for minimum 50 registered participants.

Cancellation policy
In the event of partial cancellations, the same penalties shall be applied as in the case of total cancellation. In the event of total cancellation, the organizer shall apply the following penalties, to be calculated on the global price of the services:
• 25% up to 30 working days (excluding Saturdays) prior to the commencement of the services;
• 50% from 29 to 15 working days (excluding Saturdays) prior to the commencement of the services;
• 100% fewer than 14 working days (excluding Saturdays) prior to the commencement of the services or no shows.
INSURANCE
The cost of insurance (cancellation/ medical/ baggage) on the proposed package is € 100.00 per person in double room and € 110.00 in single use room.
