Enrico Serafino is a historic winery established in Canale in 1878 and producing Barolo, Barbaresco, Gavi and Alta Langa with a handcrafted, sustainable and highly distinctive approach.

Established in Canale in 1878, Enrico Serafino was founded with the ambition to create Piedmontese wines of outstanding excellence, something that the farmers of the time were unable to achieve. Today, the winery is a point of reference for those seeking authenticity and vision: a deeply-rooted reality that spans the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, distinguished by manual work in the vineyards, slow ageing and a historic collection of fine vintages. Barolo, Barbaresco, Alta Langa and Gavi DOCG express a “Piedmontese Attitude” made up of precision, respect for nature, conscious use of time and social responsibility. Enrico Serafino released the first bottle of ZERO Alta Langa Metodo Classico, vintage 2004 in 2011. This was the very first Pas Dosé in the history of the appellation and it has set numerous technical and stylistic milestones over the years. The 19th-century underground cellars are among the four still in use today for the production of Metodo Classico sparkling wines.
