The Castello di Neive winery takes guests on a journey through time, among history, Barbaresco and farming traditionsin Neive, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages, nestled in the heart of the Langhe.

Right in the heart of Neive, La Casetta del Castello welcomes visitors for an experience that blends together elegance and authenticity, offering the chance to visit the Castle’s historic cellars, dating back to 1750 and now owned by the Stupino family, where pioneers such as Louis Oudart and Camillo di Castelborgo once worked. A perfectly preserved carriage, monumental scales and ancient wine presses tell the story of innovation and passion for winemaking that continues to this day. The tour includes access to the infernot and the old ice cellar, where the oldest bottles - including the very first bottle of Barbaresco produced at the Castle in 1937 – rest. Then there’s the underground cellar dedicated to Traditional Method Sparkling Pinot Noir. The visit ends at La Casetta, where guests can taste the estate’s wines, served at the ideal temperature and presented with care. It is also possible to purchase wines, toasted hazelnuts and local hazelnut-based specialties.
