In San Giorgio Scarampi, nestled in the green hills between the Langhe and Monferrato, Agriturismo La Margherita is a haven of peace and tranquillity where guests can relax and enjoy being in contact with nature. A real farm that produces cheeses, yoghurt and cured meats that can be savoured at the rich breakfast or as part of the tasting menu proposed by the little in-house restaurant. Carolina and Gioele, the young owners and managers, welcome guests into their home, conveying their passion for hospitality and care for the environment. The three cosy, country-style rooms are simple and bright, representing the spirit of rural life.

What makes the agriturismo unique and charming is the transhumant breeding of goats and sheep, with the flocks left to graze all year round in the high Langa Astigiana hills. Guests can visit the workshop, taste the farm's produce, from raw milk cheeses to cured meats, and buy them. On warmer days it is ideal to cool off in the pool in the garden, which is available to guests.

Surrounded by enchanting scenery, it is the ideal place for an authentic country experience, lived at a leisurely pace, enjoying delicious food and the warmth of family hospitality.
