Set within a former estate of the House of Savoy, and inspired by Slow Food, a truly charming complex has been created, housing the headquarters of the University of Gastronomic Sciences, the Wine Bank, the Garden Restaurant and the Albergo dell’Agenzia. The hotel’s rooms and suites, with terracotta floors, coffered wooden ceilings and leather-upholstered furnishings, exude classic elegance.
