At La Crota, the culinary tradition has deep roots. It began with Grandma Gina’s passion for cooking, passed down to her son Danilo and his family, who continue to prepare the authentic, wholesome flavours of simple yet delicious Langhe cuisine with the same love and dedication.
Guests can also arrange enjoyable cooking classes with Danilo, learning how to make fresh pasta and prepare Grandma Gina’s recipes—wonderful memories of a truly unique experience to take home with them.
