Thanks to careful restoration, this antique Savoy residence has become a welcoming home, while maintaining all the magic of the past: the furnishings, decorations and original floors—every element evokes very special memories. The rooms are located in the Castle and two annexes: Castalderia, enhanced by exquisite 19th-century frescoes, and Nando Foresteria, a 17th-century farmhouse adjacent to the garden.

The restaurant offers traditional culinary specialities with innovative and creativity touches, paired with wines from the castle's historical cellars and from other prestigious local producers. Cooking classes are available for those looking for an engaging experience, covering a variety of themes, including a unique lesson on dishes made with wild herbs. The timeless atmosphere, along with the managerial expertise of Elisa Burlotto, assisted by her daughters Elisabetta and Alessandra Buglioni di Monale, who take care of hospitality and dining respectively, make the Real Castello perfect for events and art exhibitions, both indoors and in the lush green garden.
