The dishes are prepared using carefully selected ingredients including local meat, Massimo Pezzani’s cured cuts, Giolito’s cheeses, and the bread baked in Eataly’s wood-fired oven. Like the restaurant Guido in the Royal Villa, this inn is run by brothers Ugo and Piero Alciati.
