Ciancé is a “Langhe bacaro” in Dogliani, where nibbles and finger-food, great wines, and a friendly atmosphere reveal the contemporary side of the region.

Overlooking Piazza del Belvedere in Dogliani Castello, Ciancé was inspired by a simple idea: bringing people back to the town square. Its name, which means "to chat" in Piedmontese dialect, perfectly reflects the spirit of the place. Created by locals Alessandro and Giulia, Ciancé transforms their close bond with their hometown into a space dedicated to coming together and sharing. Inspired by the traditional Venetian bacaro, informal venues serving drinks and nibbles, which they call “cicchetti”, the concept is reimagined here, replacing the cicchetti with "Ciancerie", bite-sized appetisers made with seasonal ingredients and local produce, paired with a carefully curated selection of wines, cocktails and craft beers. With its panoramic outdoor terrace and industrial-style interiors featuring handcrafted iron and wood furnishings, Ciancé welcomes both locals and travellers looking for an authentic experience of the Langhe.

The menu evolves throughout the day, from breakfast to aperitivo, dinner and after-dinner drinks, offering simple yet refined cuisine created in collaboration with local producers and inspired by the seasons. Live music, wine tastings, brunches, themed evenings and collaborations with local artisans and professionals ensure that every visit feels different from the last. More than a wine bar, Ciancé is a place where flavours, people and the stories of the Langhe come together.

Over a glass of wine, a Cianceria and a conversation in the square, Ciancé tells the story of a young, authentic and convivial Langhe, where every meeting becomes part of the journey.
