In Castagnito, in the Roero hills, Chef Marc Lanteri presents his Piedmontese-French “Crossover Cuisine”, creating a perfect blend of excellence, technique and taste.

The Marc Lanteri restaurant, in Castagnito was created with the aim of giving the kitchen a central role, a goal also pursued with the choice of the interior décor, which is linear and minimalist, featuring natural materials, leaving space for the large windows that wrap 180° around the room, so that you constantly feel embraced by the beautiful hills around you. Thanks to his vast knowledge and experience, enriched by valuable advice received from great masters such as Alain Ducasse, Chef Marc creates unique dishes with well-balanced creative flourishes, born from the fusion of Piedmontese characteristics and French esprit and technique, for a “Crossover Cuisine” that aims to respect tradition, with great attention to the choice of producers and raw materials, to guarantee the quality and freshness of every single ingredient.

Alongside Marc, his wife Amy, from Colorado, devotedly assists guests in the dining room as they travel through the various courses on offer, stimulating their curiosity to taste delicious dishes paired with fine, carefully selected wines, served with a smile, for an extraordinary sensory experience. Immediacy and essentiality are the cornerstones of the philosophy shared by the entire team and expressed in every dish, giving guests a vibrant and authentic experience, with a particular focus on vegetables, for food that is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
