Nestled among the rolling UNESCO hills of the Monferrato area, Casa Serra is a farm that raises cattle in open-air pastures and serves traditional cuisine.

In Montegrosso Cinaglio, in the province of Asti, overlooking the breathtaking view offered by the undulating Monferrato hills, Casa Serra Bistrot, in the centre of the Valleandona nature reserve, grew out of the family business, dedicated for four generations to raising cattle using ethical and sustainable techniques. The farm is still run with dedication and care, to guarantee guests the highest quality meat: various breeds of cattle graze on the vast meadows around the estate and are grass-fed, reared on grass and hay.

Such a natural, genuine context leads guests to fully experience the aromas and flavours of Monferrato, instilling all the taste and beauty of the territory into the preparation of the dishes. The Bistrot's menu is based on typical and excellent Monferrato dishes, made with meticulously selected raw materials. The ingredients are put together by the team in the kitchen with imagination, skill and passion, with the aim of creating recipes to satisfy all palates, also for those who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet. The original proposal is completed by the Eco-Resort & Spa, between hospitality and wellness.

The food and wine experience at Bistrot di Casa Serra brings the atmosphere of the Monferrato countryside to life, on a journey through tastes and flavours that evoke traditions.
