Nestled among the hills of Costigliole d'Asti, surrounded by the vineyards of the Mura Mura estate, Radici is the gastronomic project of Guido Martinetti and chef Mykyta Bida.
With its brick vaulted ceiling dating back to 1878, the dining room at Ristorante in Vigna Radici welcomes guests into an intimate setting, illuminated by light filtering through the cherry trees. Outside, the terrace opens onto rows of vines. The entrance is through two wings of land covered with jasmine, which anticipate the experience offered by Radici: discovering the authentic simplicity of traditional peasant ingredients and the history of Piedmont, interpreted by an elegant, attentive and generous cuisine.
The cuisine of Mykyta Bida, who trained under masters such as Crippa and Cannavacciuolo, is an act of respect for raw ingredients, the local area, and people. Each dish is created from a meticulous selection of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Tradition blends with a modern, technical approach, creating a perfect balance of flavors, where each dish becomes an authentic narrative.
