The Radici vineyard restaurant is located in Costigliole d’Asti, below Dimora degli Artisti, one of the houses that make up Relais Le Marne, in what was once the charming old wine cellar, dating back to 1878.
On the border between the Langhe and Monferrato, the Radici a Mura restaurant welcomes guests into a warm and well-cared for environment, under the original barrel vaults of the late 19th century cellar. Here chef Marco Massaia, who works with the best farmers and livestock breeders in Piedmont, favouring an economy of proximity and sustainable realities, creates cuisine that elegantly interprets the finest raw materials of the region's history, combining poor ingredients with noble ones in an exquisite harmony of contrasts.
The jasmine-lined entrance, the light filtering through the cherry orchard all around and the enchanting terrace overlooking the vineyards below enhance the restaurant’s cuisine, which is intense, engaging and down-to-earth.
