Located in the center of Treiso, a picturesque hilltop village surrounded by the lush vineyards of Barbaresco DOCG, Trattoria Risorgimento has been serving the best of Langhe's traditional cuisine for over 25 years. The two dining rooms, one of which also serves as a bar, feature rustic decor, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. For those interested in learning the secrets of Langhe’s cuisine, cooking classes are also available.
At the helm of the kitchen, Gioele and his mother Mariuccia, together with his sister Elisa in the dining room, welcome guests with genuine dishes prepared using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. The wine list includes labels from small producers, alongside renowned names from the most prestigious wineries in the area.
