Managed with passion by the Proglio family for three generations, Dei Bersaglieri in Lequio Berria is the perfect place to rediscover the authentic flavors of Alta Langa, crafted from simple, high-quality ingredients: from wild mushrooms to traditional antipasti, homemade pasta, and hearty game dishes. During the warmer months, guests can dine outdoors in the lovely courtyard, which also hosts Vineria Da’ Ambros, named in honor of Grandfather Ambrogio. Featuring typical Langa stone walls, the wine bar offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine with friends.
In addition to the extensive wine list, guests can browse the “cellar menu”, which showcases a selection of local labels available for purchase at winery prices. For those wishing to explore the stunning landscapes of Alta Langa, comfortable accommodations are also available.
