Located in La Morra, the most panoramic village of the Barolo region, Le Vigne Bio began as a unique wine bar dedicated exclusively to organic products, including wines, beers, fruit juices, and herbal teas, served alongside carefully selected cured meats, cheeses, and salads. After a recent renovation, it has evolved into a full-fledged osteria, offering a refined selection of dishes that celebrate Langhe’s culinary heritage. Signature specialties include vitello tonnato, anchovies with bagnetto verde, tajarin with ragù, and braised capocollo. Owner Severino remains committed to the land, sourcing high-quality ingredients and ensuring a warm and attentive dining experience with the help of a young and knowledgeable staff.
The restaurant is spread across three levels, blending tradition and modernity for a truly immersive experience. The ground floor welcomes guests with a cozy atmosphere and inviting aromas from the kitchen. A striking staircase, featuring railings crafted from vineyard posts and wires, leads to the bright dining room, which overlooks the town’s historic square. The basement houses a charming wine cellar with a curated selection of over 200 labels.
