The original furnishings of the four charming dining rooms have been preserved and include a fireplace, a wood-burning stove, wooden furniture, exposed beams and a ceiling with plaster panels, all contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Managed by the Vaudano family for four generations, Garibaldi is a place where everything is crafted with authenticity - homemade bread, grissini and fresh pasta are always present on the table.
The traditional country menu features dishes such as Piedmontese fritto misto, roast ham with herb sauce, Cisterna d’Asti tagliolini, and ice cream with fox grape chutney. The carefully curated selection of wines and grappa includes labels from local producers, in addition to those of the family’s own winery.
