As its name suggests, Trattoria Bric is a typical hilltop restaurant located in the village of Castagnito, overlooking vineyards that produce the region’s finest wines. For over 30 years, it has offered a rustic yet refined setting and a cuisine that respects tradition, the rhythm of the seasons, and the authenticity of high-quality ingredients. Vegetables are harvested directly from the family garden, and standout dishes include Roero-style sausage, handmade fresh pasta, Sambucano lamb, chocolate bunet, and hazelnut semifreddo.
