The historic building that houses Ristorante Violetta in Calamandrana once served as a factory for agricultural carts. Nestled in the peaceful atmosphere of a typical countryside hamlet, the Lovisolo family has nurtured and passed down a deep passion for the land and its precious produce through generations. The rustic interiors feature pastel-colored walls, antique furniture, and fresh flowers on the tables, while a striking wooden staircase connects the ground-floor dining areas to the upstairs room.
