Welcomed by a friendly and knowledgeable staff in a warm and friendly atmosphere, Barolando is the ideal place to end a day of scenic walks and wine tastings at the area’s renowned wineries. The menu offers a modern take on traditional Piedmontese cuisine, using high-quality ingredients from local producers. Signature dishes such as vitello tonnato, Barolo risotto, homemade pasta and delicious desserts are perfectly complemented by the exceptional selection of wines stored in the restaurant’s cellar, boasting over 350 labels.
The menu includes dishes enhanced by the Alba White Truffle in season, which, together with the king of red wines, Barolo, delivers an unforgettable sensory experience in one of Italy’s most charming villages.
