Antinè

Temporarily closed

On the hilltop of Barbaresco, along the central street leading to the imposing medieval tower, Antinè offers traditional Piedmontese cuisine with intriguing and innovative pairings.

In the heart of the charming village that lends its name to the prestigious wine, the restaurant welcomes guests into a bright dining room with a warm and elegant atmosphere. During the summer, dinner is also served on a panoramic terrace overlooking the UNESCO-listed hills. Chef Manuel Bouchard’s cuisine is rooted in the pursuit of top-quality ingredients. The menu features traditional dishes such as ravioli del plin and fassona beef, alongside more creative culinary interpretations. In the dining room, Monica and her young, enthusiastic team provide a welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable service.

The main source of inspiration at Antinè comes from the ever-changing colours of the landscapes surrounding Barbaresco. Following the natural seasonality of the Langhe, the menu becomes a palette of flavours, transforming every meal into a true work of art.

At Antinè, the palate is delighted with refined dishes and exquisite wines that tell the story of a region acclaimed for its unparalleled excellence.
