Ristorante Garden - Albergo Dell'Agenzia
Via Fossano, 21 - 12042 Bra - Pollenzo (CN)
Website: www.albergoagenzia.it
The Garden Restaurant, located within the Albergo dell’Agenzia in Pollenzo – Bra, serves traditional cuisine and Slow Food Presidia, catering for groups and high-level events.
The restaurant features two dining rooms: the “Archi” and the bright “Garden,” featuring large glass windows that offer a relaxing view of the estate’s park and gardens. The refined yet understated atmosphere provides the perfect setting for a cuisine deeply rooted in the local territory, showcasing traditional dishes and the freshest ingredients, sourced from numerous local producers and markets. Observing the principles of the Slow Food philosophy, the menu highlights several Presidia—exceptional foods produced using traditional techniques that are at risk of disappearing, combining unique sensory qualities with a commitment to environmental sustainability.
The list of wines and grappas is carefully curated, selecting the labels from the neighbouring Wine Bank, a Slow Food initiative designed to take guests on a journey through the finest Italian wines. With its historic park, walls dating back centuries, five meeting rooms, a 250-seat restaurant, and the adjacent Corte Albertina, the Pollenzo estate provides the perfect setting for hosting elegant events and weddings, blending history with top-tier food and wine experiences.
The Garden Restaurant engages almost all the senses: sight, drawn to the natural surroundings, smell, captivated by enticing aromas; sound, delighted by the gentle clinking of glasses; and taste, educating the palate to appreciate excellence.
