In the historic centre of Canale, in the prestigious setting of the Enoteca Regionale del Roero, Osteria dell'Enoteca is the bistro version of the Michelin-starred restaurant All'Enoteca, and is run by chef Davide Palluda and his sister Ivana. Located on the ground floor, it has a large summer terrace in the pretty courtyard designed by Paolo Pejrone, a landscape architect and creator of beautiful gardens. The dining room is elegant and young at the same time; important chandeliers and rugs counterbalance transparent seating, tables of various designs and an informal table setting.
The blackboard is the star of the restaurant: the menu is updated on a daily basis according to the season's ingredients, sourced from the local market, vegetable garden and pantry. The imprint of the territory and tradition is strong and is constantly enriched with innovative ideas, bringing the characteristic flavours and aromas of our grandmothers' recipes up to date.
