In the centre of Canale, in the heart of the Roero hills, chef Davide Palluda brings all the flavours of the territory to the table at Michelin-starred restaurant All'Enoteca.
A restaurant created to celebrate the delights of the surrounding hills: All'Enoteca is a 100% local Michelin-starred restaurant and Davide Palluda, the creator of this outstanding establishment with his sister Ivana, is proud of it, so much so that he calls himself “chef-paladin of the Roero”. In this historic and prestigious building, which also houses the Regional Enoteca, the brother and sister team welcome guests into elegant and light-filled rooms, furnished with understated elegance. The menu tells the story of the territory: elements of rural tradition intertwine with those of a more aristocratic origin, from nearby Turin and the Ligurian sea.
With the aim of bringing the Roero into the homes of diners at the restaurant, Davide, together with his wife Annalisa, has created the Laboratorio DP, which produces delicious specialities in gourmet jars.
All'Enoteca also provides an elegant catering service for refined events and weddings in the splendid location of Malabaila Castle, just a short walk from the restaurant.
The richness of a fertile land, the flavours of the vegetable gardens and the scents of the orchards, surprisingly reinterpreted in sophisticated cuisine that expresses the territory and tradition with affection and without a sense of déjà-vu.
