This typical trattoria presents authentic cooking in a dynamic, engaging manner. The proprietor Beppe, with his son Marco and wife Lidia, welcomes guests with local dishes and the finest labels. Two not-to-be-missed dates for the diary are the mixed boiled Carrù beef cuts gala on Thursday nights from October to January, and - from March to September - the evenings dedicated to the Piedmontese-style mixed sweet and savoury fry-up paired with Alta Langa sparkling wine. The facility is rounded off by rooms and one-room apartments in the vicinity, and by the “Enoteca del Vascello” winecellar, where guests can purchase selected wines.
