The menu features traditional Piedmontese dishes, expertly prepared with care and authenticity, including insalata russa, meat and vegetable ravioli, finanziera, fried delicacies, hazelnut cake, and bonet. The restaurant’s signature dish is the renowned gran bollito misto di Carrù, served with its seven cuts of meat and accompanied by a selection of spiced sauces.
The experience is enhanced by an enchanting wine cellar, boasting a fine collection of prestigious labels alongside high-quality wines from carefully selected local wineries. In the "Crota dl’Amicissia", a private table for ten guests is available for themed dinners and exclusive gatherings.
