In an old, renovated farmhouse in Cerretto Langhe, at the gates of the Alta Langa, Trattoria del Bivio, a restaurant with rooms, offers cuisine with attention to the tiniest detail, accompanied by a breathtaking view.

A strong identity, typical of the hills of the Alta Langa, distinguishes Trattoria del Bivio. Massimo Torrengo, a brilliant and dynamic chef, and his wife Selia created this restaurant twenty years ago, on the panoramic road from Alba to Bossolasco and on the salt road which travels as far as the sea. The dining rooms are cosy and elegant, and the summer terrace offers an open view of the woods throughout the valley. The dishes on the menu represent the perfect execution of Piedmontese tradition, with touches of creativity and references to the sea. The wine cellar, housed in an old stone well, boasts an impressive wine list.

The restaurant also has six comfortable rooms, ideal for a romantic getaway or a weekend dedicated to relaxation and good food.

The many activities of Trattoria del Bivio are the fruit of the owners' passion: from cooking classes, organised by Massimo, who is an attentive and demanding teacher, to catering for events, from weddings to tastings and a home chef service.

As you taste the delicacies of the house and their authentic flavours, you will feel all the energy and dedication typical of old-fashioned recipes, lovingly made by Massimo and served graciously by Selia, and you'll become hooked.
