The haute cuisine of multi-award winning chef Gian Piero Vivalda, who continues the family passion inherited from his grandfather and father Renzo, is showcased in the evocative setting created in the dining rooms by brick vaulted ceilings, crystal glassware, Persian carpets and exquisite paintings. In summer, the magnificent outdoor dining area, in typical Provençal style, makes the atmosphere even more magical.
The dishes served are the result of constant research: innovation here consists in rediscovering the flavours of the past, enhancing them with the dedication they deserve. The menu follows the seasonality dictated by the kitchen garden, the best way to offer new and fresh products all year round.
