Osteria La Torre

In the historic center of Cherasco, Osteria La Torre welcomes gourmet travelers with traditional Piedmontese dishes reinterpreted with a modern touch.

The medieval town of Cherasco, with its towers, noble palaces, and Baroque churches, sits atop a scenic hill, halfway between the Langhe and Roero regions. Stepping into Osteria La Torre, guests are immediately enveloped in flavors and aromas that tell the story of the land. The seasonally inspired menu, crafted by chefs Marco and Mattia Falco, focuses on the finest ingredients and time-honored techniques. Among the signature dishes are vitello tonnato, hand-cut beef tartare, tajarin, ravioli del plin, a carefully curated cheese selection, and the iconic zabaglione al Marsala with hazelnut cake.

Everything is made in-house—from fresh pasta and bread to desserts, using sourdough, organic eggs, and heritage flours. The famous Cherasco snails are a must-try, along with Alba’s prized white truffle in autumn. The restaurant’s wine cellar is a true fortress of wine, boasting over 450 labels from Piedmont, Italy, and beyond.

At Osteria La Torre Cherasco, in a warm and relaxed setting, guests can savor the region’s authentic flavors and create unforgettable culinary memories.
