Chef Carlo Zarri and his wife Paola have passionately run the Villa San Carlo restaurant with rooms for forty years. Here you can enjoy traditional Piedmontese recipes reinterpreted with a touch of imagination. Dishes featuring the world's finest hazelnuts, the Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P., showcase the symbolic product of the Alta Langa. The raw materials are sourced from small local producers.
The romantic dining room with fireplace and piano is complemented by the summer restaurant in the garden for dinners under the stars. The wine cellar boasts over 1200 great wines, mostly from Piedmont.
Carlo's dynamism has made him an ambassador of regional cuisine in the United States; notable collaborations with events of the calibre of the Olympics and important assignments in the service of personalities such as Sofia Loren and Michelle Obama, have contributed to the evolution of the increasingly interesting gastronomic proposal.
