Set within the country chic Villa Sparina Resort in Gavi, La Gallina Restaurant, with its historic wine cellar, panoramic terrace and garden, serves the most exquisite dishes.

“Cuisine made up of memories and personal treats”. This is the motto of the restaurant, where the kitchen staff, shifting with ease between the gastronomic traditions of southern Piedmont and the constant search for the finest ingredients, respectfully interpret tradition with delicate creativity. An aperitif with Villa Sparina wines, available during guided tours of the 18th-century cellars, is a stylish welcome. The dining room is housed in the old barn, featuring rural references paired with original and elegant details.

Food can be enjoyed on the magnificent panoramic terrace, in the private terrace hidden among the rooftops, or in the country atmosphere of the garden, furnished with comfortable seating amidst the flowers and vegetables of the botanical garden. Little details make for attentive service, in keeping with the style of the Resort's hotel.
