La Madernassa Restaurant & Resort, located in Guarene, a few minutes’ drive from Alba, is a sanctuary for food lovers. The venue is made even more exquisite with a swimming pool, park, and breathtaking views.  

Located on top of a hill between Langhe and Roero, just 4 km from Alba, La Madernassa Resort was named after a local pear varietal, whose leafy trees surround the place. The interiors are rich in refined details: terracotta-style floors evoke tradition, exposed brick walls and original decorative elements create a warm, authentic atmosphere where modern design and rustic charm coexist in perfect harmony.

A fine dining restaurant where refined technique, aesthetic sensibility, and deep-rooted heritage come together in an essential, immersive culinary journey. The wonderful park, the swimming pool and the romantic atmosphere are the perfect backdrop to high-end events and wedding receptions.
