The Michelin-starred Massimo Camia Restaurant in Novello is the story of a family, brimming with flavours and nuances that express the traditions and tastes of the Langhe.
Since 1987, it has offered a new way of narrating the emotions and landscapes of the Langhe, a journey rewarded with a Michelin Star and now set in an outstanding new location in Novello. Through his cuisine, Massimo Camia, together with his family, has chosen – and continues to choose every day – to reinterpret ingredients, textures and aromas in the creation of dishes defined by a clear yet balanced style, always seeking dialogue and discovery. The dining room reflects the same elegance found in the Chef’s culinary creations: a warm, softly coloured space embraced by brick-vaulted and wooden-beamed ceilings.
A true “family team”: Massimo manages the kitchen alongside his daughter Elisabetta, while his wife Luciana and son Iacopo, the sommelier, welcome guests in the dining room, with warmth and great professionalism. Completing the experience, those who wish can stay in the six rooms and two apartments of Locanda Camia, a charming retreat with a swimming pool.
