Born from the vision of the Ceretto family, renowned wine producers from the Langhe, the restaurant is set within a 17th-century palazzo. Its spacious pink dining room welcomes guests beneath the beauty of Francesco Clemente's fresco, inspired by nature and the surrounding landscape.
At the heart of the experience is a deeply plant-led cuisine, rigorously seasonal and intimately connected to the land. Crippa draws daily from his kitchen garden, home to more than four hundred varieties of vegetables, aromatic herbs and flowers. Each course reflects this distinctive approach, combining remarkable vegetal freshness with international influences shaped by his time in France and Japan.
