Ten tables dedicated to haute cuisine, with a dynamic, young brigade and degustation menus devised by Executive Chef Fabrizio Tesse based on his vision of the Langa hills. Two other key roles round off the gourmet experience at La Rei: Resident Chef, Alberto Bai and Pastry Chef Marco Sforza.
