This stylish osteria-cum-enoteca stands inside the walls of the old town centre, along the street linking the Cathedral with the “Bollente” spring. Just a few well-prepared dishes - such as Monferrato-style agnolotti, soft "tajarin" pasta, roast pork shank and stockfish with chick-pea flour "farinata" and rosemary - are served each evening to diners seated on wood and straw chairs in one of three cosy rooms with vaulted ceilings. The desserts feature a nougat semifreddo and "hot and cold" with Brachetto-wine.
