The menu created by Chef Giorgio Fontana offers the most famous dishes of Piedmontese tradition, such as vitello tonnato, asparagus flan with cheese fondue, tajarin with ragout, and agnolotti del plin with butter and sage. Special attention is paid to gluten-free options.
