The imposing Real Castello is located in the village of Verduno, in the Langhe, just minutes from Barolo, where it is managed by the women of the Burlotto and Buglioni di Monale families. The property comprises 16 rooms, where guests can enjoy a dreamlike atmosphere, along with an acclaimed restaurant serving traditional Piedmontese recipes.
The kitchen is Alessandra's domain, where she selects high-quality ingredients and continually explores new flavours, maintaining a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, with passion and creativity. The wine list is extensive and prestigious, featuring wines from the castle's historical cellars as well as a rich selection from local producers. The restaurant opens its doors to anyone wishing to discover the authentic local gastronomic culture, with cooking classes led by the chef.
