Surrounded by the vineyards of Neviglie, Agriturismo Ercolana offers rooms, apartments, and a restaurant, serving traditional cuisine that enhances the authentic flavors of the Langhe.
The name "ErcolAna" comes from the fusion of Ercole and Adriana, the original owners of the farmhouse, lovingly restored by their children and grandchildren with great care and respect for its historical structure. In addition to welcoming rooms and apartments, the agriturismo features an on-site restaurant, where guests can enjoy authentic Piedmontese dishes, carefully prepared following traditional recipes.
The tasting menu includes three appetizers, a first course, a main course, and a dessert, all paired with estate-produced wines. Signature dishes include hand-cut raw meat, vitello tonnato, and fresh pasta, meticulously handmade by Graziella, who skillfully blends high-quality ingredients with passion and dedication.
At Agriturismo Ercolana, guests are welcomed like family and indulged with delicious flavors, while their eyes feast on the stunning UNESCO-listed vineyard landscapes.
