Agriturismo Dindina offers traditional Piedmontese cuisine in a charming 17th-century stone house in Neviglie, set against the stunning backdrop of the Barbaresco Langhe.
This fairy-tale residence in the heart of the village stands in the shade of an imposing horse-chestnut tree and boasts breathtaking views over the gently rolling hills. The cuisine is simple yet refined, combining tradition with modernity, and features dishes prepared with skill and dedication. The ingredients are high-quality and locally sourced, with a generous selection of fruit, vegetables and spices grown in the estate’s educational garden.
Guests of Agriturismo Dindina can also take part in delightful cooking classes to discover the secrets of making tajarin and gnocchi, as well as meat and vegetable sauces, and desserts like bunet and hazelnut cake, all in a welcoming family atmosphere. The experience is further enhanced by the historical cellar of Azienda Agricola Del Cavaliere, which is open for tastings, and by three romantic rooms.
