This venture owes everything to their bold inventiveness and the goodness of their farinata. The celebrated chickpea flatbread is a popular dish in many regions of Italy and the Côte d'Azur. It was brought to Piedmont by Ligurian traders several centuries ago, becoming one of its best-loved dishes, especially in the areas of Asti and Alessandria. Tantì is not just farinata though.
