In the historical centre of Nizza Monferrato, Ristorantino Tantì is the brainchild of Bruno and Silvia who, with the help of their children Daniele and Alessandro, have succeeded in creating an original venue which celebrates farinata and chickpea focaccia, characteristics dishes of the neighbouring region of Liguria and of the South of France, brought to Piedmont centuries ago by Ligurian traders.
Since its establishment the menu has expanded to offer traditional Piedmontese dishes, and a few international specialities, always made using locally sourced ingredients, to be paired with selected wines.
Opposite the restaurant, La Canonica Resort offers the possibility of staying overnight in 9 charming apartments, where contemporary design and charm blend with period elements.
Tantì is a meeting place for those who want to savour typical local and Mediterranean flavours in a friendly, family environment. The speciality of the house is farinata, served in different variations.
