This old Piedmontese farmhouse has been perfectly renovated to welcome guests to warm, elegant surroundings. With their brick-vaulted ceilings and period furnishings, the dining rooms offer the hospitality and charm of the noble Piedmont of days gone by. The cuisine of Chef Federico Gallo is a gem waiting to be discovered.

The menu features a fresh, balanced fusion of traditional Mediterranean and Piedmontese influences. Front of house the service is impeccable, and the wine list includes no fewer than 1200 labels.

In summer the Terrace is the Locanda del Pilone’s open-air Bistrot. Served here are dishes specially designed for this enchanting location set amidst nature.
