At the top of the village of Santa Vittoria d'Alba, in a unique panoramic position, the Castello di Santa Vittoria Restaurant is the perfect setting to discover the genuine flavours of traditional Piedmontese cuisine.
The Castello di Santa Vittoria, with its imposing tower, stands majestically against a stunning backdrop, where the blue sky meets the green hills of Roero. Inside, the castle houses the ideal spaces for every kind of hospitality: the four-star hotel with a swimming pool and meeting rooms, along with the elegant restaurant. There are three dining areas: the main room, intimate and cosy, the Salone delle Feste, which can accommodate larger groups and weddings, and the summer terrace, for dining outdoors while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Langhe and Roero landscapes.
The harmony of flavours, created by a blend of tradition and innovation, reflects the creativity of Chef Paolo Decio.
