In Asti, in the heart of the Monferrato region, Alfredo Experience offers authentic Italian cooking classes centred around fresh pasta, wine and conviviality.
Alfredo Experience is a cookery school in the centre of Asti that invites guests to experience Piedmontese and Italian culinary traditions in an authentic and engaging way. Guided by a professional chef, guests learn to prepare tiramisù and fresh pasta, creating “fettuccine Alfredo” — hence the name of the experience — as well as ravioli, all using carefully selected local ingredients, including truffle. Being a seasonal product, the white truffle is featured in dedicated cooking classes from October to December, while black truffle is available almost all year round, thanks to its six different varieties. The experience takes place in an elegant yet convivial setting, accompanied by Italian music and Piedmontese wines, and ends with participants seated around the table in small groups to taste the dishes prepared.
Distinctive features include the opportunity to take part in trips to the market and team-building activities. Each experience is designed to be immersive, combining hands-on activities and storytelling in relation to the territory and the quality of local ingredients. Alfredo Experience also offers a private home chef service, with cooking classes held directly in your home or holiday villa, allowing you to enjoy the experience in complete privacy.
