In Cravanzana, in the Alta Langa area, Azienda Agricola Tempo di Nocciole has been cultivating the prized Nocciola Piemonte IGP delle Langhe hazelnut for five generations.
Renato and Nadia take care personally of every stage of the process: from the cultivation of the 16 hectares of hazelnut groves to the harvesting of the hazelnuts themselves, which takes place in several phases, one after the other, to preserve their quality, and the processing of the nuts into flour, granules and delicious delicacies such as hazelnut spread, paste and hazelnuts coated with sugar and chocolate.
A family-run business, open also for visits and tastings, which has maintained a strong bond with the land and the surrounding environment over the years, favouring an organic and traditional agriculture that results in the prized “Nocciola Piemonte IGP delle Langhe” hazelnut with its inimitable flavour.
