Tartuflanghe has been producing gastronomic specialities and trading in truffles since 1980. Their hand-crafted delicacies include “tagliatelle” and “tagliolini” egg-pasta with truffle, typical hors-d’oeuvres, traditional Piedmontese sauces, truffle-flavoured condiments, fondue and “bagna caoda”, cheeses and sweets. All the specialities and the celebrated fresh truffle can be purchased in the shop on the premises.
