The Marino family business started out around the mid-1950s in a small mill equipped for making roller and natural stone-ground flour. Going against the trend for fast food, here there is a return to genuine, simple qualities in food: traditional pure-ground, organically-farmed cereals - never hybrid or genetically-modified - producing additive-free flours.
