Arturo Walter Ravera began his sweet experiments at a young age, crafting delicious chocolate treats for family and friends. What started as a hobby became a successful profession, and today, Cioccolateria Ravera is recognized as an “Artisanal Excellence” by the Piedmont Region and is renowned both in Italy and abroad.
Every product is crafted using the finest ingredients, such as extra dark chocolate from South America and the prized Nocciola Piemonte IGP delle Langhe, all processed strictly by hand. Among the shop's specialties are the Baci di Cherasco, rich hot chocolate, Anello dell'Imperatore—a tribute to Napoleon’s passage through the city—nougat, chocolate salami, and truffle-shaped chocolates.
