Located in Castino, a charming village in Alta Langa, NoccioleNatura benefits from the ideal conditions for growing Nocciola Piemonte IGP — thanks to the perfect balance of clay soil, a climate tempered by Ligurian breezes, and optimal altitude. The farm has deep roots in the local farming tradition, passed down through three generations. Today, Massimo and Nicoletta continue the legacy with a commitment to offering customers a premium-quality product with full traceability, from cultivation to sale, ensuring natural and authentic hazelnuts.
The guided tour begins with a pleasant walk through the hazelnut grove, followed by a visit to the drying facilities and workshop, where visitors can see the processes of sorting, shelling, and roasting. The experience concludes with a delicious tasting of the farm’s artisanal products.
