With its original decor—featuring grand mirrors, cherrywood furniture, and spacious seating—it has been recognized as a "Historic Establishment of Italy" by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage. The pastry and gastronomic creations are entirely artisanal and natural, offering daily delights such as cakes, pastries, brioches, and local specialties, made exclusively with soft, delicate creams, fresh fruit, and locally sourced ingredients.
Alongside its sweet offerings, the shop also boasts a savory selection, all crafted in-house: semi-sweet rolls, pan carré for sandwiches and toast, savory croissants, focaccias, mini pizzas, puff pastry appetizers, and canapés. Completing the experience is one of the finest artisanal ice-creams in the region, best enjoyed in summer on the charming outdoor terrace in the pedestrian area of Via Cavour.
