This historic café was opened in the centre of the town by Felice Converso in 1902. Today it is run in masterly fashion by the Boglione family, carrying on the Converso tradition with the greatest expertise. As professional sommeliers, the owners have put together an excellent wine list. The stylish, period atmosphere is perfect for enjoying petit fours, elegant cakes and home-made ice-cream, while in the bar the focus is on their celebrated croissants and "Bicerin": a hot drink prepared with coffee, chocolate and cream.
