Langhe Experience - Personal Travel AdvisorA pastry lab in Alta Langa will open its doors welcoming you to its reality dedicated to the production and processing of two of the finestlocal products: hazelnut and saffron. To begin, an expert pastry chef will teach you the tricks for preparing baci di dama and saffron-flavored cookies, from the dough to the slow baking in the oven, releasing unforgettable aromas.
A delicious lunch with local products in the familiar and convivial atmosphere of the farmhouse and, to conclude, the tasting of the mouth-watering cookies prepared during the course accompanied by a glass of Moscato wine.
A 360° experience involving all the senses, from smell to taste, discovering the flavors of a land rich in gastronomic traditions.

- Visit to an agridolceria and pastry lab in Alta Langa
- Preparation of baci di dama and saffron cookies
